    Hi guys. I’m looking for a diet which will help me lose weight and be healthier, but it needs to be sustainable and long-term. Is primal something I should look at? And where should I start?

    Hi Rich,

    Welcome aboard.

    Primal is very much sustainable, eating good quality high fat from well sourced products keeps you fuller for longer and doesn’t give you a sugar crash or insulin spike. It can take a few weeks to get going but once you are doing it successfully for a few weeks the weight will fall off, energy levels should improve and overall cost on food should also fall.

    What do you currently eat?
